Hi, my name is Paul Milne, as director and owner of Alibi Training Australia, I recognize and understand the power of motivated and well trained staff to a business, and how this investment in people drive new revenue through your door in a increasingly difficult economic environment. My goal is to coach and provide training that is enjoyable, realistic and practical, concluding with a ‘return on investment’. I have research and developed all of the training programs delivered by Alibi Training Australia, ensuring they deliver as promised.
My experience comes from a working career spanning three decades in Aviation, beginning with an engineering background, then progressing to management roles in HRM / Training & Development, and now to corporate coach and trainer. With a unique casual style of facilitating, my focus is to create a learning environment where you discover WHY we perform an action, instead of just HOW. This style of training will provide you with confidence through understanding rather than just knowing how to perform an action. It will allow you to think outside the box!

Alibi Training provides consulting and training for any business whether you are a small/medium business to large corporate. Alibi Training Australia is a Registered Training Organisation, delivering both accredited training and non-accredited training to businesses that have a need to develop their staff with professional development training. Based in Brisbane, servicing clients across Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific. This means, we are flexible and happy to work with any times and dates that best suit your business.
We approach corporate training, business coaching and presenting from a totally different perspective from other providers and focus on explaining WHY rather than HOW we do things, and also what is known as “the critical non-essentials” – the things that most people don’t think matter, that actually do.

This is not a slogan, but rather a driving belief: “help others to overcome barriers and achieve success”, in other words, “to overcome whatever is holding you back so that you can be the best you can be”. The ‘People Puzzle – Revealed’ is years of research, looking for the link, that is missing in professional corporate training (leadership training, management training, customer service training, sales training, facilitator training) and personal lives.
Our philosophy of training staff members in the ‘WHY’ concept was developed from 30 years in the aviation/airline industry, where training staff in just ‘HOW’ to perform a task created problems when the scenario changed, from how it was first taught. However, if the ‘WHY’ part has been addressed expertly, the training itself is much easier and more effective, and usually is accompanied by a feeling of awakening (E.g. ‘the jig-saw pieces fitting together’); the person has a feeling of satisfaction, therefore building confidence.
